We build tools for the people who run home care.
Caregiver Scheduling is a product of Logicly — the team behind Home Health Scheduling. We build software for the operations side of in-home care: scheduling, compliance, coordination, and the parts of the day that shouldn't be on a spreadsheet.
Why home care?
Most home care software was written before smartphones became ubiquitous. Agencies juggle five tools — one for scheduling, one for EVV, one for billing, one for payroll, one for recruiting — and each of them has the UI of a 2003 web app.
We started in home health because that's where our team has lived clinically. Home care is the natural sister vertical: same patient, different reimbursement, different staff, different software gap.
Who we are
Reza Djangi, OTR/L— Founder. Reza is a licensed occupational therapist who spent years in home health before building software. He brings the clinician's lens; the platform inherits it.
The Logicly engineering team — designers and engineers who care about the operational details that determine whether agencies retain caregivers and stay compliant.
What we believe
- One tool, not five.Agencies waste hours reconciling between systems. We don't make you do that.
- Caregiver retention is the #1 problem. Software should help, not just track payroll.
- Compliance is non-negotiable. EVV, state regulations, and audit trails ship as defaults — not paid add-ons.
- Caregivers don't buy software. Agencies do. The caregiver-facing app is free, always — included with every subscription.
